Hailing from Copenhagen, Denmark, The Foreign Resort combines the shadowy mysticism of The Cure’s Pornography era with a driving production aesthetic akin to LCD Soundsystem. Intricate reverb-enveloped guitar lines glide over the motorik bass and powerful drumming, all while the taut and sincere vocals demands your attention.
Since the creation of the band, The Foreign Resort pushed forward the exploration of their musical style and progressively added several influences along the way. That is what give them today their distinct style, light, melancholic and complexe at the same time.
The Post Punk and Wave vibes stand out presented with the magic of the remarkable guitar and bass lines, the sophisticated drums and the quite addictive vocals. As the band is active for more than a decade now and has played way more than 500 shows you’ll experience what’s so inspiring about them once you see them live.

Medico della Peste:
Il Medico della peste è un musicista, disegnatore e creatore di strumenti musicali di Roma. In passato, il medico della peste era colui che in tempi di epidemie faceva visita ai malati con un particolare abbigliamento protettivo che comprendeva una maschera a forma di becco.
I suoni del Medico della peste sono segni istintivi che attraversano il tormento fino a una liberazione necessaria e spirituale. A volte la differenza tra suono e rumore è sottile e ognuno ha una sua personale percezione e visione dei sensi.
Il live del Medico della Peste è una performance musicale con strumenti autocostruiti e strumenti di tortura sonora.
