“Zia Pia” (Aunt Pia) is a small house located in a courtyard for short term rentals, that I recently renovated paying attention to every detail to make you feel comfortable.
Check-in
Check-in is from 2 to 9 pm.
After 9 pm there is a one time surcharge of 30 euros.
Check-out is within 10 am.
The home has its own separate entrance.
Water is drinkable.
The house is not suited for children under the age of 12.
In order to ensure the safety citizens and tourists, Rome’s Police requires me to communicate your data upon your arrival. So once arrived I will ask you to record your data and your documents on a tourist rental form that will anticipate via email after you will have done your reservation.
Hints and Tips
After you will have booked, I will send you a brochure with the most important information in Italian, English and German.
Consider me at your disposal for information on trips, fares for public transport, places to visit in Rome and restaurants where to eat, from the typical Roman ones, to the vegans.
Aunt Pia’s Rules : – )
First of all let me know immediately upon your arrival ig you find something wrong so that it can solve the problem immediately.
Then some rules that I ask you to respect.
Do not smoke in the house, if you want you can do it outside where you will find an ashtray.
Parties are not allowed.
Listen to music at low volumes.
Do not touch the switch out of the bathroom on the green wall because it controls the boiler for hot water and heating.
In the toilet dispose only toilet paper.
Please always close the gates of the house and the building and before leaving
Turn off heating, air conditioner and all lights.

Piccolo e accogliente appartamento per affitti brevi a pochi minuti dal centro di Roma con due biciclette di cortesia a vostra disposizione.
La Casa
“Zia Pia” è una piccola casa situata all’interno di un cortile condominiale per affitti brevi, che ho recentemente ristrutturato ponendo l’attenzione su ogni minimo dettaglio per mettervi a vostro agio.
Check-in, check-out e informazioni varie
Il check-in è dalle 14 alle 21.
Dopo le 21 è previsto un sovraprezzo una tantum di 30 euro.
Il check-out è entro le 10.
L’entrata è indipendente.
L’acqua è potabile.
La casa non è particolarmente adatta per bambini al di sotto dei 12 anni.
Al fine di garantire la sicurezza di i cittadini e turisti, la questura di Roma mi richiede di comunicare i vostri dati al vostro arrivo. Quindi al vostro arrivo vi chiederò di registrare i vostri dati e i vostri documenti sul modulo di affitto turistico che vi anticiperò via email dopo che avrete prenotato.
Consigli e Suggerimenti
Dopo che avrete prenotato vi invierò una brochure con le informazioni più importanti in Italiano, Inglese e Tedesco.
Consideratemi a vostra disposizione per informazioni su spostamenti, tariffe dei mezzi pubblici, luoghi da visitare di Roma e ristoranti dove andare a mangiare, da quelli tipici romani, a quelli vegani.
Le regole di Zia Pia : – )
Prima di tutto avvertitemi immediatamente se al vostro arrivo trovate qualcosa che non va affinché possa risolvere il problema immediatamente.
Poi alcune regole che vi chiedo di rispettare.
Non fumate in casa, se volete potete farlo all’esterno dove troverete un posacenere.
Non organizzare feste.
Ascoltate la musica a basso volume.
Non toccare l’interruttore fuori dal bagno sulla parete verde perché comanda la caldaia per l’acqua calda e per il riscaldamento.
Nel WC gettate solo carta igienica.
Per favore chiudete sempre i cancelli di casa e del condominio e prima di uscire
chiudete i riscaldamenti, il condizionatore e tutte le luci.
